Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 days. This includes checking your order, carefully packing your items, and handing your parcel to the carrier. Processing time is separate from, and additional to, the estimated shipping time.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately. Cancellation is only possible before your order ships. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, your parcel is on its way and delivery can no longer be stopped.

If your order has already shipped, please wait for it to arrive. You may then request a return for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return Policy.

  • We offer FREE standard shipping for orders $50+
  • All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which your local customs office determines. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

For multi-item orders, it may happen that your order can be shipped in separate packages at different times to reduce the weight of one shipment, avoid any possible customs fees, and get it to you as soon as possible.

We ship your order from the nearest available warehouse that has your item in stock. Our warehouses are located in Europe and East Asia, including Slovakia, Poland, Singapore, Hong Kong and China.
